A few things to know.
-
No. A few specific details and a useful link are enough to begin. Tell us what is happening, who is involved, and how it connects to Montana Avenue. If you are suggesting a profile, tell us who the story is about and what makes their work interesting.
-
Send confirmed information as early as you can. Include the full date and year, start and end times with the time zone, the address, cost, and any booking or age requirements. Submitting before an event does not guarantee coverage.
-
Share up to three clear original photographs, up to 10 MB each, or use the shared-folder link field. Photographs of the people, place, or activity are especially useful. Include captions and any required photographer credit, and only share images you have permission to submit for publication.
-
No. Submissions are reviewed for relevance, available detail, timing, and editorial fit. Selected material may be edited for length and clarity. This form does not reserve a feature, social post, or publication date.
-
Yes. Explain your connection and what you think people would find interesting. Share a public website or social profile if helpful. Please do not include someone else’s private contact details without their permission.
-
Contact the association as soon as possible. Include the original submission title, business name, event date, and the corrected information so the right item can be identified.
